Girl I’m just like you. I’m the type of person who is like i’ll do it tomorrow. So this is what I do, I work out during commercials while watching tv. Trust me I’m not big on physical labor. So I also count calories use Myfitnesspal. It is a great site you’ll be surprise how easy it is to eat only 1200 calories. Also doing small works out help alot instead of dedicating 1hr to weight lifting do 10minutes of weight lifting, 10 for abs ect. It helps break it up. Hope that helps

Aww thanks. You can lose 20 pounds in about 2 months. Which is about 4 pants sizes.
Make sure you do cardio, and ab work outs. Also I use my fitnesspal it’s the best app/site ever. I eat only 1200 calories a day.
So pretty much eat 1200 calories. do 30 minutes of cardio and you will lose weight fast:)
